4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to verification and availability. Payments must be made only through authorized channels. TileCon reserves the right to cancel or reject orders found to contain incorrect information or fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery and Returns
Delivery schedules depend on product availability and destination. Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Returns or replacements will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect items, subject to verification and approval.
